Sat 3:30-4:30pm: Trikhala, a bellydance troupe made up of UIUC graduate and undergraduate students, will perform choreographed and improv bellydance pieces. The group’s Tribal Fusion dance style mixes American tribal-style bellydance with elements of traditional ethnic bellydance and contemporary dance styles such as hip hop.

Artisans include:  Athan Chilton: lampworked beads, Karen Gottlieb: Inspirational Collage, Angela Graveline: acrylic painting, Evelyne Tardy: Mandela paintings, Jean Nonman: handcrafted wooden boxes, Marlita Hasbargen: Dream catchers, Smudge feathers, & paper bead jewelry, Tara Allen: Photography, Vicki Brown: jewelry

Originally Athan Chilton was supposed to demonstrate lampworking beads, however, a broken foot has put her "out of the running" so to speak. We are hoping to schedule a demonstration in the future when she is physically up to it.
